Carolina Custom was founded in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, in 1994 by Roger Privette, who grew the company throughout his career and built its strong reputation for quality and service. When he was ready to enjoy retirement, Roger sold the business to brothers Josh and Jonathan Clark, who are committed to modernizing and expanding the Carolina Custom brand. Jonathan worked alongside Josh, the owner of Rely Technology - a leading smart home company based in Lexington, Kentucky - before moving to Charleston. Together, they bring extensive experience and a proven commitment to excellence in home technology and design.
